President-Elect:  The Local Chapter President-Elect includes many diverse leadership responsibilities. In the absence of the President, the President-Elect presides at meetings and performs the necessary duties of the office. The main role, however, is to prepare for the presidency which includes attending the WCR Leadership Academy, understanding WCR history and by-laws and establish the local chapter leadership team for the upcoming year.
